The Role

Join our Corporate Services team as a Corporate Service Admin Executive, where you will play a key role in supporting the administrative functions related to company formation and compliance. You will ensure smooth operations and assist clients in navigating corporate services effectively. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of company formation documents and regulatory filings.
  • Maintain organized records of corporate documents, licenses, and client information.
  • Coordinate with government authorities for approvals, licenses, and renewals.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely updates on application statuses.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and managing communications.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and client meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified – Graduate.
  • 2–3 years relevant experience in a professional services firm.
  • Proficiency in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and best practices.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Open to candidates from all nationalities.
