Dubai’s Next-Gen Invest-in-Dubai Platform: Streamlining Company Formation with 360 Service

Dubais Next Gen

The Dubai Business Registration and Licensing Corporation (DBLC)  part of the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), which has launched a major upgrade to the Invest in Dubai (IID) platform at GITEX Global 2025.

It’s an introduction of a new feature platform, “360 Services”, considered as a one-stop shop platform for all the government approvals and permits, such as MOHRE, MOFA, Community Development Authority, or  DCAA. This reduces the processing time and the requirement to deal with different agencies and duplication of paperwork, because of automation and centralized data on one platform.

The platform also integrates AI tools for the below:

  • Business name reservations
  • Automated permit approvals
  • AI chatbot assistance
  • Video support
  • CRM integration and a digital knowledge base

This technology ensures quick, secure, and reliable assistance, reduces manual checks, and enables faster decision-making for investors and businesses.

Under Dubai’s integrated digital platform, every business is issued a unified digital identity that is recognized across government entities, financial institutions, and allied service providers. This centralized identity not only significantly enhances operational efficiency but also enables investors and users to manage licensing procedures and post-licensing services with greater ease and transparency. This all reduces the duplication of information, minimizes processing time, and supports seamless access to a wide range of smart services—ultimately improving the overall business setup and compliance experience in Dubai.

Additionally, this platform supports Dubai’s Economic Agenda D33, which emphasizes innovation and digital productivity.

Key Impact & Benefits:
